Question and Answer session with Leilani Mitchell and Mark Head, Directors of The Link Centre, a TA training centre in Sussex.
TA gives us a wide range of models, ideas, and strategies for thinking about crisis in terms of our own experience and working with others. This was an open Q and A session led by the participants, Mark and Leilani.
About Mark Head

I'm an internationally qualified Transactional Analysis Trainer and Supervisor, and a Mindfulness instructor. I have a background in training, project management and business consultancy, and my focus is now on training, organisational consultancy, coaching, supervision, and psychotherapy. I place most emphasis in the development of the individual or group in achieving their desired goal, through increased awareness and insight. I am also one of the founders and Co-Director of the Link Centre.

I am an internationally qualified trainer, supervisor, and Psychotherapist.
I'm Director of the Link Centre, a training centre based in Newick, Sussex that offers courses in personal and professional development as well as long term courses in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My passion is to facilitate people's self-awareness to enhance their quality of life.
