I am Senior Lecturer for Counselling at University of South Wales and a practicing counsellor for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board since 2005. I'm a registered member of the BACP, practicing pluralistically having trained as an integrative counsellor. My special interests are creativity in health and wellbeing, as well as providing psychological wellbeing and resilience training for the health and care sector.
