FBACP
I'm the leading UK expert on the use of technology in therapeutic practice. I am a psychotherapist, coach, supervisor, trainer, and consultant. I have trained practitioners and organisations worldwide in online therapy, coaching, and related fields for over 15 years; with both my online training courses, and offline workshops and lectures.
I am co-editor and co-author of five textbooks on the field as well as numerous articles, chapters and journal symposiums, and several Ethical Frameworks for the use of technology in mental health. I was made Fellow of BACP for my work in 2008, and am also Past-President and Fellow of the International Society for Mental Health Online. I am co-founder of the Online Therapy Institute.
I live on a widebeam barge on the Grand Union Canal in London and am a double Stroke survivor.
