I hold an MA in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy and a Level 6 Diploma's in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Supervision. I am a recognized Focusing teacher by the British Focusing Association and the International Focusing Institute. I also run a private counselling and supervision practice called New Focus Therapy, and offer therapy supervision and focusing training for therapists and the public.
