I have worked as an experiential humanistic psychotherapist and consultant for more than 40 years. Currently, I promote an interdisciplinary dialogue in psychotherapy and the explicit inclusion of the experiential dimension. I have been a University professor in several graduate programs at the Iberoamericana University in México City, and in Leon. I was also coordinator of the master program in psychotherapy in the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores (ITESO) in Guadalajara, México. I am author of several articles on education and psychotherapy, and have written three books. The last one: Discovering my embodied wisdom: Focusing. I also like jazz and photography.
