Video is getting more exposure on SM than anything else. However, being visible on video is one of the hardest things because of the feeling of exposure. Getting confident in front of the camera can seem like an impossibility for many colleagues.
Social Media platforms have changed almost everything to make it virtually impossible for small businesses to communicate their message to potential clients. The one thing that still outperforms everything on Social Media is video uploaded by the user. However, creating videos of ourselves and posting to Social Media can seem terrifying to many colleagues because of the potential exposure.
I will tell my story of moving from behind the scenes at onlinevents to being regularly in front of the camera at live events and on Social Media. I will also share the ways I have overcome my fears and built my confidence to regularly post videos of my work for everyone to view.
Being in front of the camera is still not my favourite pastime, however, overcoming these fears has transformed onlinevents' capacity to communicate with colleagues. I am using my experience to coach colleagues to take a journey similar to mine and help them use the Social Media strategy that outperforms all others, creating and posting the video's capacity to communicate with colleagues.
I am delivering a coaching course which helps practitioners get over their fear of recording video and produce their About Me video for their website. This course consists of one group call then 5 one to one coaching sessions with Sandra (over 6 weeks) You can read more about my Video Confidence Course and one to one coaching programme by visiting www.getsocialwithsaz.co.uk/work-with-saz
