I am also Director: Creative Development at the Coaching Supervision Academy | International Centre for Reflective Practice. My passion is to bring the humanizing, energizing, and creative powers of reflection to leaders, people professionals, and development practitioners everywhere for courageous, compassionate, and ethical practice. I take my inspiration from my love of the arts, history, mediation, writing, poetry, and Nordic walking. I am now half way through writing my book called '"Reflect to Create!" - Reflection, Reflective Practice and Supervision for Creative Leadership and Professional Practice'.
