About Ann Marie Christian
I am a qualified social worker of 21 years; working in front line child protection and manager of 14 years. I worked across children social care and education settings for 18 years. Roles include school improvement advisor, DSL coordinator and trainer, LADO, LSCB trainer, local authority safeguarding auditor, and child protection advisor to schools. I am also Associate consultant with NSPCC, CCPAS, COIS, ISI Consultancy, BSA, AEGIS, and SATIPS. I've been involved in two serious case reviews and also write regular articles for Headteacher's Update, SEN magazine, and more. I deliver workshops at national conferences.
