Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People

There is some anxiety around the field of counselling children and young people, particularly around legal issues and safeguarding.

The desire to “get it right” or “not be in trouble” can lead to individuals and organisations coming up with their own simplified and sometimes erroneous versions of an often much messier reality.

In this event, Sue will attempt to examine and “bust” some of the myths that emerge.

Sue would welcome interaction from participants, so if you have come across any “myths” or areas of uncertainty, do bring them along.
