I am a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia, involved as a volunteer in child & youth related welfare activities, with immense knowledge and skills since 2004 with the Government and NGOs in Pakistan covering; Peace, Child Rights, and Climate Change Disasters. I have administration experience at higher education, women empowerment through public-private education project, involved with young people in the peace process meanwhile post-conflict scenario. All of these efforts obliged me to shift from practical to the theoretical approach to developed critical skills and have a keen approach to work in any organization that defends the rights of the underprivileged communities; regardless of their age, gender, and economic status.
