I am a mom, writer, educator, cook, and animal lover. I live on a farm in Northern California with miniature sheep and goats, chickens, livestock guardian dogs, and cats. I have been leading energy work seminars since 1988. I work in cooperation with Nature and with more "far out" energies from the realms of light.
