In this event we will be exploring the link between client experiencing levels and outcomes in therapy. We will also briefly explore how therapists can flatten clients experiencing levels when we inadvertently flatten our own responses, and can deepen experiencing levels when we offer deepening responses to our clients. This research is relevant across the therapeutic models.

In the event I describe my work and take you through two focussing exercises that I use to support my clients to manage and overcome their addictions. Please have a pen and paper to hand and if you can, have your laptop in a quiet, calm environment so you can engage with the exercises.
